Just Breathing

Grief wears many faces—loss of a person, a dream, a version of life we thought we’d have.

Today my grief is quiet. Not dramatic. Not falling apart. Just… quiet.

If yours is too, I’m holding space for you. No need to explain. You don’t have to be okay. Just be here. Just be human. Just honor what hurts, and what still matters.

We don’t have to be inspiring.
